Edith's Vision
My philosophy of education is rooted in the belief that each student is uniquely created by God and that education should celebrate both diversity and community. I believe that Christian schools need to be places of inclusive education where solid foundations are provided for all students, both spiritually and academically.

Gideon's Vision
I think about the stories we humans tell to account for what we do in terms of what we want. I teach, do research, and serve the wider community in, and at the intersection of, the fields of leadership and worldview studies, with an interdisciplinary approach that attends, specifically, to phenomenological and ethnographic methods of inquiry.

Neal's Vision
My work tries to account for how spirituality is constantly at work in constituting our experience and the implications that has for how we live our lives. I speak to academic, popular, and professional audiences, including doing professional development work with Christian day school teachers, showing that the deep-seated spiritual forces shaping our experience help us think about faith as something that impacts our everyday life together.

Nik's Vision
Theology includes reflection on key meta-theological issues that frame the discipline: how the sacred is related to life as a whole, as the hope or heartbeat of the universe, as the revelation of God, self, world, and other. My teaching and research focus on systematic and biblical theology, notably Christology, eschatology, Old Testament wisdom thinking, and the theology of gender.
