About the MWS-E

More Than a Job: A Calling Shaped by Faith, Story, and Wisdom

At ICS, we believe teaching is shaped by the stories that form us, the faith that grounds us, and the students whose lives intersect with our own. The MWS-E gives educators a chance to step out of the daily rush and into a community where they can think deeply about their practice and why it matters.

  • Deeply Contextualized: Relevant for the real questions and challenges educators face in their schools
  • Aligned with Your Passion: Shaped by your own professional practice and calling
